Having grown up in a conservative household in Ohio, Andrea Samantha had always considered herself as different from the rest of her family members. Seeing her dad work from 9-5, she knew that she needed to work hard to make a name for herself. With nothing ever handed to her on a silver platter, Andrea strived towards building a strong work ethic from a very young age. Soon that became the basis for her success and relentless passion for reaching for her goals.
Now a top income earner at Monat global- achieving one million in commissions/direct sales in just four years- Andrea’s journey initially took off when she worked as a hair stylist at Aveda salon. She soon developed the know-how to maximize sales and grow her clientele further. “Being a hairstylist, I was commission-based, so I’ve always had to be on my game to grow my clientele and be the base to maintain them.”
A strong-willed creative, Andrea soon decided to implement the practices she’d learned on the way and start her hair and makeup business. Owing to her experiences in sales and running a business, Andrea took things a step further by entering into the coaching field. Since then, she’s assisting people in becoming top sales leaders and imparting values that have stuck with her throughout. Using her social media to promote her brand, Andrea trains her team of thousands to develop appropriate expertise and habits that guarantee success and help them persevere.
Her successes until now, as she claims, have been a factor of her unwavering dedication to achieve her targets. “I make goals and don’t give up until I get there. I’m passionate about what I do and don’t hold back. I’ve learned how to lead a lot of different personality types and want to inspire people to overcome what holds them back from being successful.”
Andrea’s complicated past and traumas posed potential challenges for her to continue further. Yet, she took them in her stride and gradually got to a point where they no longer stood as obstacles in her life. Her ambition to motivate people to become the best version of themselves has led her to create new goals that she hopes to achieve in the coming future. One of those goals includes becoming a public speaker on overcoming trauma. In addition, Andrea also wants to coach companies on how to foster team spirit among workers that would help boost revenue and create the best working environment for all members within the organization.
